Orders Placed

Please note orders placed are actioned immediately and may not be able to be changed. If you do for whatever reason need to make a change, please contact us ASAP via email so we have a written record of your request. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Free postage will be applied at checkout on all unbranded items totalling $200 or more purchased through our online store. All branded items will incur a postage charge depending on size and location. All items purchased will be shipped via Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided after dispatch.

Unbranded items must be returned within 10 business days of purchase, contain original tags and be in brand new condition. Buyer is responsible for return postage and re-stocking fees if applicable.

Returns of branded items are strictly not accepted as they cannot be resold.

Unbranded goods will be posted out within 10 business days of payment received. Please note we do not hold any stock at our warehouse.

Branded goods can vary between 5-20 business days, depending on size of the order, complexity and time of the year.

Pickups and in person enquiries are welcome at our Boronia address by appointment only. Please visit the contact section for more information.

All front chest logos are branded on the left hand side, unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Can you do a better price on bulk orders?
Yes, we can absolutely do a better price for bulk orders, please 'request a quote' for a competitive price

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes our minimum order quantity is 5 items per branding method (ie 5 printed items or 5 embroidered items) There is no minimum order for un-branded clothing which can be purchased directly through our website.

How long will my uniform take from start to finish?

The completion of branded goods can vary between 5-20 business days, depending on size of the order, complexity and time of the year.

What will last longer, printing or embroidery?

Embroidery usually outlasts printing and in many cases the lifetime of the garment. As it is stitched into the clothing, it is virtually impossible to come off.

How can I increase the longevity of my printed items?

There are many ways to increase the longevity of printed items, including the below points:

- Use a gentle cold wash

- Wash items inside out

- Avoid using fabric softener

- Do not tumble dry

- Do not dry clean

- Do not leave in the sun for extended periods of time

Can I have both printing and embroidery on the same item?

Yes absolutely, a popular option is to have an embroidered front logo and a printed back logo.

How do the printing & embroidery setup fees work?

A setup fee is charged per design and branding method. For example, if you were interested in printing both front and back of a t-shirt with the same logo design. Only 1 setup fee will apply. However, if you were to have embroidery at the front and printing at the back, 2 setup fees will apply as they are completely different methods of branding.
